Ships moored at a harbour quay in the harbour. A bow of a ship. Traces of rust a light cloudy sky. The calibration mark on the bulb and mooring lines to the quay. The profile of the welds of the hull plates. The trusses under the plates.
I was able to get close to the ship to photograph the details of the bow. Walking along the quay, I took my time to take the picture. There is always a lot to see about the bow of a ship. Every bow is different the ship is different her journeys across the sea are always different. Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbour is another world. The landscape of the port is always changing.
