The bow of a ship the mooring lines to the bollard. The calibration mark and the different layers of paint. But certainly the rust spots on this ship is harbour art. I am always fascinated by ships and ports. The sounds and the smells. But also the colours and the people. The harbour is a place full of art always different and never average. The rawness and power of the port in this picture exudes something.

Port photography is a fascinating form of photography that focuses on capturing the activity in ports. Port cities are often bustling centres of trade and industry, with ships, trucks and trains moving in and out to load and unload goods.
