About "Showtime"

About the artwork

The picture shows a female acrobat hanging from a rope high above the ground. She gracefully holds herself with one arm, while her body floats in the air in perfect balance. With her free arm, she points directly at the camera, as if enchanting you in a magical moment. Around her, water and lights glow in different colours.

This picture is inspired by the power and beauty of the human body in motion. The elegance of acrobatics combined with the magic of aerial work is facinating. The intensity and concentration required to perform such a feat reflect the determination and creativity that make us unique as human beings.

The mood of this picture is both mysterious and powerful. The hovering acrobat seems almost weightless, while her direct gaze and gesture evoke a sense of enchantment and connection.

With this photograph, I want to challenge the viewer to reconsider the limits of what is possible. The image symbolises overcoming limitations and striving for perfection, while also creating a moment of intimacy and direct communication with the viewer.

To capture the power and elegance of the moment, I played with lighting and depth of field. The choice to keep the water and background out of focus ensures that the focus is fully on the acrobat and her movement, enhancing the drama of the moment.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
