"Soft and tender: Pink tulip opens its petals" is a photo of a soft pink tulip, which is opening. I picked this tulip in a picking garden in North Holland. After picking, I carefully cleaned and photographed the tulip.
When taking the photo, I chose to keep the depth of field in the photo small. This means that the focus is on one part of the photo, and the further you move away from this, the blurrier the image becomes. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see this clearly. This made the background almost uniform in colour (a turquoise - grey-like colour, also similar to the "ealy dew" colour.
I wanted to give this photo a simple, natural look, creating an atmosphere that feels natural and radiates tranquillity.
A typical Dutch flower, nice for your wall?
