"Soft natural colours: A piece of a fluff ball" is a macro photo of a piece of a beautiful fluff ball of a Tragopogon. A Tragopogon is also called a Morning Star in the Netherlands. When the flower of this plant has finished flowering, it turns into a fluffy bulb, as shown here in the photo. In this fluffy bulb, the seeds and stems have already turned a bit woody, giving you beautiful natural shades of brown. There are very small water droplets on the fluffy bulb. These are almost invisible to the naked eye, but if you zoom in on the photo you can see them clearly.
When taking this photo, I chose a small depth of field. As a result, only one part is razor-sharp (for example, the heart of the fluff in about the middle) and the further you look forward or back from this part, the more it gradually fades. This creates depth in the work and gives a calmer image.
This work could, for example, hang very nicely as wall decoration in the study, kitchen, dining room or simply above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!
