The battle at Waterloo in Het Land van Ooit near Drunen, with surreal images of soldiers in Napoleon's uniforms slowly disappearing into the water. The story behind this tells that when Napoleon and his army wanted to move through The Land of Ever, the soldiers were enchanted and turned into statues.
The photograph was made monochromatically, retaining the colours red and blue. This clearly shows the soldiers in the photo and creates a nostalgic atmosphere.
