About "SpaceX Starship Superheavy (stacked) on the Launchpad | Original"

About the artwork

Starbase is the new rocket base of Elon Musk's SpaceX in Boca Chica, Texas. The complex is still under development. People here are working day and night towards just one goal: to develop, build and launch the new Starship, the largest and most powerful space rocket ever built by mankind. The rocket that is to take mankind to Mars. These are grand plans that seem to come from a science-fiction film, but so they are already actually building this.

I visited the complex in late 2022 to see for myself how the rockets are being worked on. At this time, you could still get close to the rockets (without fences in between) and my 4x4 camper on Dutch registration plates can even be admired in the Rocket Garden, right next to some Starships.

By mid-2023, that has come to a halt - you can't just reach them now. The photo's in this series are therefore already going into the history books. As far as I know, our camper is the only Dutch vehicle that has ever stood right next to the Starships under development.
