About ‘Stairway to the Vineyard’ by Arnold van West

An old, worn stone staircase leads up from the wine cellar, illuminated by a soft glow falling in through the exit. The warm orange tones of the walls reflect the soul of this space-a place steeped in time, tradition and the craft of winemaking. Each step carries the memories of the winemaker, who walked up and down here countless times with his precious bottles, carefully working on his masterpieces.

The contrast between the darkness of the cellar and the light at the end of the stairs evokes an almost symbolic feeling. Just as wine ripens in the dark to eventually reach full daylight, this staircase seems like a gateway to something greater, a promise of refinement and satisfaction.

As I took this picture, Led Zeppelin's legendary Stairway to Heaven sounded in my head-the perfect melody for this scene, in which craftsmanship and time merge in a play of light and shadow.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
