Mill hull near Leipzig.
Mill builder John de Jongh from Oerle had to dismantle and store this standard mill for the municipality so that it would not deteriorate further. The exterior of the mill had already been removed so that the truss was visible.
The photo was printed on watercolour paper using the bromoil process. For this, photographic paper is bleached and the silver is replaced by printing ink, which is inked onto the paper using a brush.
This gives a graphic toughness.
