Grape hyacinths are one of the first wild flowers to bloom in the year. I only find them in a few places, but then usually in large groups. The individual flowers are only about 5mm in size when they have blossomed. The lowest ones bloom first, you will never find a completely open inflorescence. As I have photographed the plants, as always, in their natural state, you can see 3 stages, faded, open and still closed. The larger the print of the picture, the more details you will discover on these beautiful clusters of flowers.
