About the artwork

This extraordinary poster shows a weathered tree stump standing defiantly on the shore of a beach, surrounded by the dramatic backdrop of the sea and the setting sun. The image is aptly titled "Still Standing" as it symbolises resilience, transience and at the same time the unshakeable beauty of nature.

The trunk, marked by wind, water and time, looks like a sculpture created by nature itself. Its bizarre shapes are reminiscent of a work of art that invites the viewer to pause and reflect. A vast seascape spreads out behind it, glowing in the warm light of the evening sun. The combination of rough wood, soft sand, dark rocks and the gentle water creates a fascinating harmony of contrasts.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
