It's that time again, fledglings are everywhere.
Whether it's a sparrow, crow, rook, jackdaw, woodpecker, heron or stork, lots of young birds.
In this case, I took the photos with a serious telephoto lens and then cropped/cropped them.
The reason for this is simple, I don't want to be a disturbing factor with young birds.
The distance between me and the nest is about 64 metres (yes, measured) and photographed from the public road (along the A58).
The stork has always intrigued me.
It is, after all, the fictional bringer of babies.
An underappreciated bird that feeds on frogs, fish, salamanders, moles, mice etc.
Not a shy bird and a nice sharp markings visible while flying.
