About "Straight to the top"

About the artwork

Digital line drawing completed with digital watercolour techniques.

I associate this work with strength and growth, it is pointed upwards, towards the top. The birds enhance the image as they accompany this growing twig.
It is an abstracted image of a branch, sprouting from my imagination and, of course, I took nature as my basis.

I am always fascinated by nature and flora in particular: the diversity, the beauty, the power.

I look at nature, flowers and plants and all the beauty Mother Earth has to offer us. I live it, experience it, feel it and that moves me.
I see the strength and the vulnerability, the wonder and the beauty and all that gives me peace, warmth, love.
This gives me the inspiration to make my drawings, in this case abstracted leaves on a branch.

We should cherish and love nature. Nature can do very well without humans, we cannot do without nature!

I was always drawing ー as early as primary school, the margin of my notebooks was full of scribbles that didn't have much to do with what was supposed to be there. A lot of nature, especially flora.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
