About "Sunset at the blossom of the Mostbirn tree"

About the artwork

The Mostviertel is beautiful all year round. Gentle hills, imposing quadrangles and gnarled cider pear trees. But when the time of the tree blossom comes in spring, then it is wedding time here in the south of Lower Austria.

There are usually only a few days to enjoy the splendour in full bloom. The first rain makes the delicate blossoms trickle down like a shower of blossoms and quickly puts an end to the magic. It is very special when the sun then slowly sets behind the mountains and its last rays illuminate the trees.

Here in the middle of the Mostviertel, not far from Ertl, I was in exactly the right place at exactly the right moment. An experience that will stay with me for a long time! Here in Lower Austria there is a wonderful abundance of landscapes. From vineyards to deep forests. From wild to gentle. From hilly to flat. With colourful cellars and striking farms. With historic towns and modern architecture. I was born in the middle of the Wachau, now live in the provincial capital St. Pölten - and spend every free minute travelling in "my" Lower Austria!

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
