About ‘Sunset on Lake Ohrid 2’ by Erik Buitenhuis
A beautiful sunset over Lake Ohrid. We’re in Albania; North Macedonia lies on the other side. The play of light divides the scene into layers: a narrow layer of clouds, the reddish sky, the ranges of mountains and hills in various shades of blue, and the blue-grey lake. The sun has just set here.

I love travelling, ice skating and photography. I did a lot of the latter whilst travelling, but having taken part in a few photography projects, I now view photography differently and make different choices.
I’m an amateur but enjoy sharing my work with others, for a small fee (the vast majority of the costs are for materials and processing).
