About the artwork

Telescope view from Königstein Fortress across the Elbe River to Halbestadt, the few houses of Ebenheit lying on the plateau above, and the Lilienstein.

Beautiful panoramic landscapes of Königstein in Bad Schandau, the spa town in Saxon Switzerland. Taken in midsummer in free nature at the national park between rocks and sandstones.

The town owes its name to the former castle and later fortress, which was first mentioned in 1241.
rkundlich was mentioned. On the Königstein itself, it stands on a sandstone rock above the
Elbe valley and looks down majestically on the village. Due to its immediate, central location, Königstein is the ideal
starting point for excursions and hikes in Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland.
Hikers will find peace and relaxation in the wild and romantic valleys and charming views on the table mountains in the near vicinity of the town.

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
