Every day I take a picture of a certain texture.
In a world that moves so fast, it is nice to be able to take things for granted every now and then. In all these things you can find much more detail than you might think.
Have you ever seen the beauty of a knitted sweater? I have now.
For this photo I photographed a braided pattern from a retro record player. This creates an abstract structure, because what are you actually looking at? The patterns and threads of the yarn used are visible in close-up, something you would normally just overlook. This print is perfect for a vintage or classic interior. The gold / bronze details against the dark background make a statement in the living room. This image will also make a splash on wallpaper.
