The beautiful landscape of Austria.
The river seems very soft and soothing due to the long shutter time used in this picture, while it is actually a fairly raging river with a strong current.
The soft colours of the sunset add to the whole image and the reflection of the colours in the water make a nice complete picture.
To get this image, I walked to the same spot three nights in a row, waiting for the perfect light.
Meanwhile, I was experimenting with a long shutter time on a tripod. Too slow a shutter speed would make the water look too calm so you wouldn't see that it's a strongly flowing river, and by using just too short a shutter time you'll capture so much detail in the water so it takes away a lot from the rest of the photo, and because of this the light reflection from the water won't show well either. So I went right in between with this image.
This photo will be an attention-getter in your home, and it will inspire many people again to want to travel and discover new places.
