About the artwork

"The Campanile Over Venice" captures one of the most impressive panoramas the city has to offer. From an elevated vantage point, a sea of warm, red-orange Venetian roofs unfolds like a living carpet over the city. The famous Campanile di San Marco rises powerfully above the skyline, bathed in soft evening light that gives the ancient stones a golden sheen.

A section of the arcades of the Scala Contarini del Bovolo subtly appears on the right side of the picture, adding to the sense of depth and giving the image an elegant architectural framework. The combination of these elements makes the composition both intimate and grand: a view of the hidden, everyday Venice as well as the iconic, monumental heart of the city.

The warm colours, soft shadows and calm atmosphere give the image an almost timeless quality. It is a photograph that not only shows a view, but evokes a feeling - the feeling of wandering through a city that feels at once vibrant and hushed. This work perfectly captures the poetry of Venice: a city that allows itself to be discovered again and again, from rooftop terraces to campanile peaks.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
