Five beautifully shaped shells of different species of snails like the whelk. As with the placement of seeds in the sunflower or the still-coiled fern leaf, Fibonacci's spiral is clearly recognisable. The shells were found on very different beaches. Walking along the tide line in search of beautiful shells or other beach finds never bores. The five shells were photographed on a cardboard plate to create a nice quiet background.
