About ‘The Geirangerfjord in Norway’ by Bo Scheeringa Photography

A ray of sunshine breaks through the cloud cover above the Geirangerfjord in Norway. The Geirangerfjord is a side arm of the Storfjord. On the left is a car ferry and on the right a large cruise ship. It is only when travelling by boat that you can truly appreciate the overwhelming grandeur of the fjord and the mountains.

Bo Scheeringa is an enthusiastic landscape photographer, with a great passion for the Dutch province of Groningen and Ireland. She also specializes in portrait and documentary photography. Bo mainly works on her own projects.
She published two photo books: in 2017 "RUIM LEVEN a portrait of North Groningen and its inhabitants" appeared, and in 2021 she published the photo book "PEAT".
