About "The Guardian of the Misty Clans"

About the artwork

In the windswept hills of a land that consists only of memory and legend, she stands there like a rock in the surf of time. Her cloak, woven from heavy tartan, seems to have been moulded by the storm itself - black feathers flutter from the fabric like shadows of ancient ancestors.

In her hand: a glowing stone with a golden rune running through it, as if the fire of history is encased in it. Her expression is determined, unbending - not out of anger, but out of centuries of knowledge of loss, duty and heritage.

To her left, bagpipes protrude from the rock like abandoned gravestones from forgotten songs. They are silent - for now.

In the background, the sky burns a bloody red, while ancient ships sail into the bay as if they came from another era or a dream. Perhaps they will return. Perhaps they will bring war. Perhaps hope.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
