The Johannes Kerkhovenpolder is an area of the Dollard reclaimed in the years 1875 and 1876, located in the municipality of Eemsdelta in the northeast of the Dutch province of Groningen. The nearest town is Woldendorp. Until 1990 the polder belonged to the municipality of Termunten. On the horizon the buildings of the arable farm of the same name with a history dating back to 1873.
