A classic landscape still to be seen in Visé. The tamed river Meuse flows here along Robinson Island. The island of Robinson was formed around 1870 from three wild islands. Initially it was a tourist boat stop, in the 1930s it became a popular place with games, dance and music venues and swimming pool. The island is open to the public and now houses the sailing club of Visé, the Royal Centre Nautique Visé.
