About ‘The Plompetoren along the Oosterschelde’ by Veelzijdig Zeeland

This old church tower is the only remnant of Koudekerke. The village was washed away around 1550 except for this tower. It stands on the Oosterschelde dike in Zeeland on Schouwen-Duiveland. Close to Zierikzee. Around it is now a nature reserve and therefore a lot of green.
