The building was designed by architecture firms Powerhouse Company and XVW architects. The project is a unique combination of living, working and recreation and has an iconic design. The building consists of three parts, a residential tower, a working tower and a recreation tower, connected by a common entrance. The building will offer a mix of housing, offices and hospitality and will be a new landmark for Amsterdam North. The Sluishuis has a sustainable and innovative approach in terms of energy efficiency and sustainability.
