A blooming broom on the Zuiderhei in Hilversum, The Netherlands. The zuiderhei is one of my favorite places in Hilversum for photography. All spring in the spring when the broom blooms or in August when it's completely purple through the heath.

As a video editor, I spend all day moving images and telling stories. That is precisely why I find it so inspiring to capture it all in a still image.
I really like macro photography, a whole new inspiring world opens up when you can look at everyday subjects so closely. I also spend a lot of time with my camera in nature. Nothing is as beautifully made as what nature itself builds. And, of course, the camera is always with me when I travel as well.
