Pictured is part of the former CEFB power plant in Ghent. The plant was commissioned in 1914 and ceased production in 2001 after a new smaller plant with a larger capacity was built. This was one of my first urbex locations, it was tremendously exciting, it was storming and gable plates high up in the plant were constantly clattering causing a huge noise. It was a beautiful location with beautiful turbines and other places to photograph.
