This ink drawing of a wild boar skull is dedicated to the cycle of life in nature. I was so fascinated by the organic forms of this part of a skull bone that I captured them in a drawing. I depicted the interplay of light and shadow with a dense network of thin, black lines. Long walks through enchanting forests inspire me. When I am in nature, I think about time and the fact that nature is subject to constant change - but also about the emergence, existence and fading of life. In this sense, we should be aware of our existence in the here and now and consciously deal with our time.
