The Caudron G.3 was a French double-decker trainer and reconnaissance aircraft produced by aircraft factory Caudron. The first flight of the single-engine G.3 aircraft was in late 1913. About 2450 of them were built. The Caudron G.3 was used during World War I as a training aircraft and reconnaissance aircraft. The G.3 was mostly unarmed, although a light machine gun and a few bombs were sometimes carried. A version even exists as a Chinese seaplane. The aircraft served in the air forces of 28 countries.
