About "The famous red Willemsbrug in Rotterdam"

About the artwork

This is the famous red Willemsbrug in Rotterdam. In the background, the Erasmus Bridge and De Zalmhaven residential tower are visible. But also De Willemswerf, which houses the Dutch headquarters of the Danish shipping company Maersk. World-famous for the 1998 Jackie Chan film 'Who am I' in which Jackie slides down the sloping glass section.
A lovely picture to look at because of the tranquility of the vast water and the captivating architecture.
By the way, the bridge is an important connection between the right bank of the Nieuwe Maas River and the Noordereiland; one of the nicest and special places in Rotterdam. The two iconic red pillars 50 meters high carry the road surface through the long cables. These pillars are illuminated at night, making the Willemsbrug imposing to look at, both by day and by night.
This picture is part of the Travelled4u collection and a real piece of jewelry in your home or office.
