About ‘The lonely boat at the Hopfensee’ by Christina Bauer Photos

Wouldn't you like to get in the boat and row across the lake? It seems like an invitation. Or sit on the jetty and enjoy the beautiful view? I took this picture on a warm autumn day at the Hopfensee in the district of Ostallgäu. I strolled along the shore, it was windless, so the mountains could be wonderfully reflected in the water. The warm colors of the grasses on the shore are a nice contrast to the cool blue. The scene seems quite inviting to me, even like an invitation and the desire to row a boat across the lake rises in me when looking at the picture. Peace and serenity radiate from this image. An idyllic place that invites you to linger. Take your time, settle down and enjoy the moment, so the message could be.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
