This picture was taken in Reims, France. Doors have something magical for me. You don't know what's behind them.
The red contrasts so beautifully with the warm beige colour of the natural stones. The red colour pops in the picture and is a real eye-catcher. This immediately caught my eye and I had to take a photo.
I love the symmetrical lines within architecture and also in photos. Even the green plants are a great fit next to the door. The old cobblestones on the ground immediately indicate that this is a historic building.
The warm colours in the photo and the sunlight immediately put you in a holiday mood. You would love to step into the picture and then see what is behind the door. I wasn't allowed to go through it myself so for me, too, it's still a mystery.
