About the artwork

The prodigal son is one of the most famous parables in the New Testament. He was recorded by the evangelist Luke. The parable is told by Jesus Christ.

The story is about a father with two sons. The youngest son claims his inheritance, wastes it and returns penitent. During the period away from home, the guy enjoys life as a true hedonist. He spends all his money on fun as good food and beautiful women.

Here the man is standing on the artwork with two prostitutes in his arms. The first woman of light morals is standing close to the guy in a dress in yellow. The second girl is standing naked while undressing. Because of this, a hip, the belly, torso and both breasts of the sexy light cage are exposed and the model is standing topless.

All in all a sensual picture with romance and eroticism.

Christian Rohlfs (Groß Niendorf (then Niendorf), Schleswig-Holstein, Germany 22 November 1849 - Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia 8 January 1938) was a German painter of expressionism.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
