This story about a sailing ship is told by the old lady on the left. She may have some fractures and cracks, but she really can tell like the best. She has been keeping a close eye on this ship for many centuries. Her keen eye misses nothing. The ship has also been sailing the choppy seas for the requisite centuries. She doesn't get much further, but she doesn't perish either, like many other ships of the time. With all sails hoisted, she sails across the wild waters, leaving a rocky island behind her. Behind the ship is a parchment scroll that tells a story about the colourful spices that were transported at the time. However, it could also have been pottery, or fabrics transported during the journey of many months by sea. This work shows an ancient image with matching colours. The colours used for this work are yellow, yellow-green, brown, dark fuchsia and beige.
