About ‘Thought Lines I – Abstract Line Art’ by Katharina Roi

“Thought Lines I” consists of a free-flowing line that intersects, branches off and continually gives rise to new forms. The organic movement is reminiscent of thoughts that come and go and interconnect. Despite its apparent spontaneity, the result is a balanced abstract composition with a great deal of movement and openness. The work was drawn by hand on an iPad and digitally refined. A modern eye-catcher for minimalist living spaces, offices, studios or a high-contrast black-and-white gallery wall.
