About ‘Three men in black’ by Paulina Hillari

Sometimes, while we are out walking with our camera, we are seized by a touch of fine intuition, a sudden eye for the right motif, a feeling for extraordinary scenes and images - and a euphoria that sharpens our senses and draws our attention to what otherwise remains hidden beneath the surface.

This picture is the result of one such special moment. When I was visiting my family in Munich, we went for a walk in the famous park called Hofgarten - and it felt almost like a rush while I was taking pictures. I soaked up my surroundings like never before. It was a bright, friendly July day and the park was full of happy people enjoying the hot summer days. These three young men were walking in front of me and as soon as I saw their shadows, I knew what to do.

This particular work represents stubbornness, the unconventional and the ability to turn things around and look at things from different angles. This work is for all those who seek the extraordinary in the seemingly ordinary, the richly detailed in the big picture, and the ingenious in the ingenuity of the simple.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
