A toddler orangutan in the tree at one of the rehabilitation centers in Tanjung Puting National Park, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. He/she is hanging upside down in the tree very playfully. If they are born in a center, they are simply raised by the mother. Only if it is an orphan a caretaker is assigned who teaches the toddler all kinds of things they need to know to survive in the jungle. Often these orphans return to the center to become mothers themselves.
