El Torcal de Antequera is a natural park located near the city of Antequera, in the province of Malaga in the far south of Spain. In 2016, it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is an impressive park with rock formations resembling stacked slabs. It is sometimes called the pancake mountains. Despite this, it is a relatively unknown park. You can hike through it, there are all kinds of routes. The formation photographed is called 'El tornillo', or 'The screw', and is the most famous rock formation in the park and also used as the logo of this area.
