Willemstad, Curacao, June 12, 2015 - Traffic over the Juliana Bridge in evening sun. The Queen Juliana Bridge is a high bridge over the St. Anna Bay in Willemstad (Curacao). The bridge was opened in 1974 and is 56.4 meters high, so almost all large seagoing vessels (except the largest cruise ships) can pass under the bridge. The bridge is intended for car traffic; due to the wind and the mobility of the construction, pedestrian and bicycle traffic is prohibited. -
