When spring comes, you'll find tulips in bloom in various places in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands.
Every year during spring, the tulip festival, also known as the Tulip Festival, takes place in Amsterdam. The Tulip Festival brightens up the city with tulips during the months of April and May. At various locations throughout the city from North to Southeast, these flowering tulips mark a walking route. The tulips enliven the shopping streets, squares and bridges in all parts of the city.
This photo was taken on the Rokin in the center of the city and near the Mint Tower at Muntplein. At this spot in the city, the blooming colorful tulips stand beautifully in front of Amsterdam's canal houses. A cheerful image on a sunny beautiful spring day. For more photos you can look at my Amsterdam folder. Here you will also find sunset and sunrise photos of the city center with beautiful reflections in the canals.
