About ‘Two SoloTürk fighter jets’ by KC Photography

SoloTürk is a single-aircraft aerobatic demonstration team of the Turkish Air Force. Plans for the team began in November 2009 and pilot training was completed in August 2010 with initially three pilots. The first demonstration flight was conducted within the army in September 2010 and the team made its first public appearance on 15 April 2011. Since then, SoloTürk has participated in several national and international airshows, with most manoeuvres in demonstration flights being special for the team.

The team uses a specially painted General Dynamics F-16C Block 40 aircraft that is combat-ready. SoloTürk previously operated from Akıncı airbase, but moved to Konya airbase in 2016 after the coup attempt. The team has a total of 13 staff members, including two pilots, and uses a CASA CN-235M-100 for transport. Pilots who want to fly for the team must meet certain criteria before they are eligible for training. SoloTürk has received several awards for its demonstration flights.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
