About the artwork

US Navy - USS Jason Dunham (DDG 109) sails the Red Sea at night with an impressive starry sky in the background. The amount of stars and the Milky Way that are so clear in the sky show that there is little light pollution here.

The destroyer with guided missiles passes during exercise. Jason Dunham will be deployed in the US 5th Fleet operation area in support of maritime operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the central region connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic bottlenecks.

This is an Arleigh Burke class destroyer or destroyer in the U.S. Navy. She is named after Corporal Jason Dunham of the U.S. Navy, who posthumously received the Medal of Honor for service in the war in Iraq.

A hunter or destroyer is a warship that appeared to the naval powers in the 19th century.

It is a fast and maneuverable warship, intended to escort larger ships in a fleet or combat unit and to resist smaller but powerful attackers with short-range artillery (originally torpedo boats, but later also submarines and airplanes).

They carry artillery, anti-submarine torpedoes and short- and long-range air and sea target missiles. They often carry one or two helicopters for reconnaissance and anti-submarine tasks.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
