About ‘Urbex’ by Jessie Logtens

A compelling ode to the fascinating beauty of decay and forgotten history. This urbex collection takes you behind the closed doors of abandoned sites, where time seems to have stood still for years. From imposing, weathered machinery and monumental industrial halls to tunnels reclaimed by nature and corridors marked by graffiti: each image captures the raw melancholy of faded glory.

In this series, architecture, history and transience converge. The interplay between the layered structures of crumbling masonry, the deep texture of rusted steel and the rays of light streaming in creates a unique, almost tangible atmosphere.
