Paleis Het Loo is a palace located on the outskirts of Apeldoorn. The palace was occupied by members of the Royal Family of the Netherlands until 1975. Since 1984 it has been open to the public as National Museum Paleis het Loo. Several restorations have taken place over the years. The palace and gardens have been brought back in Baroque style from the periods when Stadholder William III and Princess Mary inhabited the house.
