The Palendorp in the North Sea near Petteb is a beautiful work of art which consists of 160 poles of six to twelve meters long and is a gift to the municipality of Petten. The poles stand in the shape of ten houses and a church. It is a reminder of old Petten, which was flooded by the sea a long time ago. A lovely place on the beach to unwind, enjoy a setting sun or to relax in peace and quiet.
