The lighthouse on Keizersbolwerk in Vlissingen stands at the end or beginning of the promenade near the statue of Michiel de Ruyter. The original turret was built in 1891. It was designed by Adrianus Cornelis van Loo and executed by the firm Enthoven & Co. Initially, it had a very small lantern. After 1900, a much larger light house was put on the turret.
