Sunset in March at paesens mudhole. The sun shines with the very last rays of light just past the row of weathered poles. The poles and stones are remnants of a land reclamation project in the Wadden Sea. this is the blue hour when the sky turns extra blue. A nice contrast to the yellow sunshine on the old wooden poles that have been there for a very long time. A beautiful landscape, larded with basalt lakes. A single cloud passes by. Slowly, the sun sinks further and further until it feels very lonely and deserted. Then you feel the power of nature. A salutary calm on the Wadden coast.
