"Warm colours: A fragile hydrangea leaf" is a macro photo of a small fragile hydrangea leaf (actually it is four hydrangea leaves attached to each other by a twig). Because the leaf has been lying in the sun for a while, it has dried and the grain structure can be seen very nicely. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see this clearly. The leaf lies on a special reflective background with a texture in it, so you can see a faint reflection of the leaf in the ground surface.
The colour of the background matches the shades of the leaves nicely, creating a calm image. Because the hydrangea leaf is central in the middle and the background is very calm, all attention falls on the hydrangea leaf, which is arranged centrally as a still life.
This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration (on aluminium or ArtFrame, for example) in the kitchen, dining room or simply above the sofa! (Of course also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!)
