"Warm colours: An orange Echinacea in the light" is a macro photo of a beautiful Echinacea with warm orange colours. This plant is also called Sun Hat in the Netherlands, and comes in several colours. Echinacea belongs to the family Asteraceae. You often see them in gardens in the Netherlands.
This flower stands with its head facing the light. This allows you to see most of the flower nicely highlighted and creates an exciting image with the flower in the light and the shadow in which the stalk and background fall.
If you zoom in on the photo, you can nicely see how detailed the photo is. When taking this photo, I chose the depth of field for this photo so that the front part of the heart is in focus. From through, the sharpness gradually runs down to blur towards the front and back. This in fact creates a sense of depth in the photo that makes the image more exciting but at the same time calmer to look at.
For example, this picture could hang beautifully as a stylish accent in a kitchen, dining room or above the sideboard in the living room.
